Hair Sampling Instructions

Pluck/pull minimum of 5 hair strands from the mane .
Ensure root is intact.
Place hairs in labeled plastic bag.
Fill in the information on the plastic bag OR complete the requisition form below.
Ensure the barcode on the plastic bag is entered into the requisition form.
Send hair to TrichAnalytics Laboratory.
If the requisition form is completed online it is automatically sent to the laboratory.
